"Mike and his team designed and built a beautiful custom home for my family and I. We researched out to plenty of contractors in the Bay Area but Mike's attention to detail and overall customer service made choosing the right contractor a breeze! Mike and his team were easy to reach and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my husband and I's questions were always answered. After completing our custom home, we also hired him to build our pool house and patio overhang which turned out gorgeous. 10/10 would recommend Bay Area Builders!"

"I have worked with Mike, Walt & the rest of his crew on 2 properties in the last few years. The first was on a property in Pittsburg where he built a 2 story, 3bd/ 2bth addition. One of the best parts of this project (my 1st ever) was having Mike explain everything step by step as it was going up. Craftsmanship exceeded our families expectations. Our second project was completed at the end of 2018 at our second property in Concord. He and his team refreshed our house built in the 1950's to updated model home quality. This build included an in-law unit with computer room, bathroom, laundry room & new kitchen. Couldn't be happier with the quality of work and the professionalism of the crew. "Mike Lucido was a pleasure to work with. He was working on a house in Knightsen and we helped deliver his aggregates.
